Hello, maybe it's a stupid question, but it's something that gives me hard times. I am able to create animations in After Effects, nothing too fancy for now but I've just begun learning, but I found it very difficult to add sound effects to my projects. The sound is awful, not even working all the times, it's pretty confusing to me... How can I make it easier?

Hello, your question is't stupid, I also find After Effects 's audio handling to be unusable most of the times, excepting the very simple projects. You have 2 easy options, in my opinion.
1. If the project is done and does not need any adjustments, you can render it, then import the video in Premiere Pro and add the sound effects there.
2. If your project needs more edits, you can import the After Effects composition into your Premiere Pro timeline. When you dynamically link it this way, you can still  work with it inside After Effects, and the comps will automatically update in Premiere when you save them.

Thank you for your answer... I was thinking myself on the first option, but it's annoying when you still don't have your final shape of your animation. To be sincere I did't know that you can import AE projects in Premiere this way...how can I do it?

It's easy to do... while having the project opened in AE, drag the final composition into your Premiere Pro project panel, then you can place it wherever you need on your timeline. If you edit the project in AE, it will instantly change in PP too...
